It works and smells nice!
For myself, when I use this product it only seems to last about an hour, but I do think it helps.
I actually used this on some sore muscles before a race and it performed very well. No soreness on a 7 mile trail run and finished without any soreness or tightness. Highly recommend this product

Great for during your Ultra runs. Light enough for your running vest. A must have. The ONLY downside is the sticky film left on your legs. This will collect all dirt during your run. But…it’s worth it.

This stuff is truly amazing! Saved my feet at Coachella! I’ve been using Play On Spray for about a year now and absolutely love it. I use it whenever my back is sore from work or after a hard workout on my legs, old injuries or anytime my muscles feel really tight and tender. It completely saved me at Coachella too! Quite literally the best recovery spray on the market!
I picked up PlayOn Pain Relief after a half marathon to see if it could help with recurring left quad flare-ups. I’ve only used it twice so far, before a 10-mile run and before my most recent half marathon. I’m not saying it’s the reason I completed both runs without a flare-up. I honestly don’t know. What I can say is that I had a positive experience using it and was able to finish both runs feeling strong. I’ll keep using it during training and see if the results stay consistent. For now, I’m cautiously optimistic and looking forward to putting more miles on it.

I’m an ultra marathon runner and this stuff is legit. Not only do I use it before runs to mitigate perceived fatigue, but it has saved me in countless races. Once you try it you’re not going to use any other pain relief. When it’s out of stock I actually get upset so I always order and have backups.
