Recover 21

We like to refer to Recover 21 as a tool that teaches the power of intention and routine. 

We have dealt with countless injuries. They set you back. They put you out of your routine. At times, they make you feel hopeless.

We developed Recover 21 out of necessity. 

Get into a routine and do the scientifially proven and expert recommended methods to enhance your recovery.

It doesn’t take long to complete after a workout, only about 15 minutes. 

There are only a small number of things to complete after dinner and before bed. 

But are you ready to not make excuses and do the work required?

Here are the questions we want you to be thinking about: 

  1. Are you willing to spend 15 minutes after a workout with intention? 
  2. Are you willing to make sacrifices to sleep better? 
  3. Are you willing to spend the 5 minutes it takes to prep your post-workout food and drink at home before leaving for the gym?

  1. What if I don’t have time to do this after a workout? 
    1. You do. Think of an empty 15 minutes in your day and apply it then. 
  2. What if I can’t afford the required food, drink, and tools?
